If you’ve read our website this far, then it might not surprise you to learn that providing a personalised service is a dearly held core principle of our founder and director.

What you might not know is why: he found that the bigger handymen and commercial cleaning companies in Sydney weren’t taking the time to personalise their service to each client. Too many times, he had heard homeowners and business owners in his community complaining that larger companies were deliberately quoting large for, and taking forever to respond to, jobs that they considered “too small”.

For our director, who had the patience and passion for a personalised service based on clients’ needs (and not a cookie-cutter solution), founding Contact Building And Property Services was a no-brainer…and our founder (and now our whole team) haven’t looked back once.

Working Towards A Brighter Future

Now, after eight years of operation, a good chunk of our clients are local Sydney homeowners. For our director and team, it’s an immensely fulfilling opportunity to be able to directly improve the quality of life for our clients by increasing their homes’ livability, longevity and hygiene. 

We know that not every career allows this opportunity, nor this depth of meaning in our craft. That’s why, far from just calling ourselves fortunate, our entire team hold themselves to an exceptionally high standard of quality in our work, because we believe in our own small way we can contribute to our client’s long-term happiness and health in their most important spaces.
